All perfumes are authentically crafted in Germany and sourced directly from Yoro Perfumes.

  • All prices are listed in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.

  • We accept payments through major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and other approved payment gateways.

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

  • We reserve the right to modify prices or discontinue products without prior notice.
     

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • UAE delivery: 2–3 business days.

  • International delivery: 5–10 business days (subject to customs clearance).

  • Shipping fees and delivery times are displayed at checkout.

6. Returns and Exchanges

Due to the nature of perfumes, returns are accepted only if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
You must contact our Customer Care team within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return.
Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
