Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:

Timeframe: Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required.

Clearance or final sale products
Exchange Option
We allow product exchanges (of equal or similar value) if:

The product is in saleable condition (unopened and unused)

The exchange request is made within 7 days of receiving the item
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:

You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued via your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

For Cash on Delivery purchases, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.
Return Shipping

Free return shipping is available within the UAE.

Our team will arrange courier pickup for approved returns or exchanges.

Returns or exchanges can also be made in-store at any Yoro Perfumes location (if applicable).
