RETURN POLICY

At Yoro Perfumes, your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a smooth and transparent return process.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Timeframe: Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required.
     

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used perfume bottles

  • Items damaged due to misuse

  • Customized, engraved, or gift-wrapped items

  • Clearance or final sale products
     

Exchange Option

We allow product exchanges (of equal or similar value) if:

  • The product is in saleable condition (unopened and unused)

  • The exchange request is made within 7 days of receiving the item
     

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued via your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • For Cash on Delivery purchases, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.
     

Return Shipping

  • Free return shipping is available within the UAE.

  • Our team will arrange courier pickup for approved returns or exchanges.

  • Returns or exchanges can also be made in-store at any Yoro Perfumes location (if applicable).
